Apprenticeship Works: Croydon Council

Are you thinking about doing an apprenticeship? Or would you like to find out more about how they work? Whether you’re a local resident, a parent/guardian or a business, this event is for you!

Our highly anticipated Apprenticeships Workevent is taking place at Jury's Inn Croydon on Thursday 12th July from 2pm.

This interactive event will be an opportunity for you to meet with other employers as well as Croydon Council’s very own apprentices to find out more about how apprenticeships can help you reach career success.

As our apprentices have come from schools across Croydon, you may even recognise some of our newest employees! Find out why this group of talented, hardworking and ambitious people chose to opt for the apprenticeship route and how it’s helped kick start their careers!

You will also:

• Network and share ideas with students from other schools
• Hear the journey of apprentices and how they successfully secured a role at the council
• Get an honest and informative insight from local employers and managers about their experience of having an apprentice
• Be able to ask our panel any apprenticeship related questions you may have
• Find out more about the apprenticeship programmes offered in and around Croydon and what you need to know if you are interested in applying
