About us

Successful Mums is an award-winning training organisation that has supported over 5,000 mums back to work. We do this through our government funded and private training programmes. Our training programmes are exclusively designed by Jane Knight specifically for mums on the journey back to work.

We work with a range of employers who support the work we do including small local businesses and big brand names on the high street. We love what we do and have won many awards and quality marks for our work.

You will be a qualified teacher or trainer with a DTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. In addition, you will have an assessor qualification.

You will have experience of managing a training /classroom environment and understand the FE and Ofsted requirements.

You will have an understanding of the administrative tasks involved in being a Trainer and experience of assessing, marking and providing positive feedback.

We offer term-time working and flexible working hours for the administrative and marking part of the Trainer role. Successful Mums is an inclusive employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. Successful Mums is part of the disability confident programme, where we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the advertised role.

If this sounds like you and you would like to be part of the team, we’d love to hear from you!

Ideally, we’d like the person to start in January 2020. However, there’s no official deadline, finding the right person is what’s important. Please email your CV and why you think you would be a good fit to
