  • Support, maintain and proactively contribute to our culture of Safety First
  • Responsible for the filling and packing of products in line with issued work orders in order to satisfy production requirements.
  • Responsible for setting up, running production lines and carrying out operator lead autonomous maintenance.
  • Accountable for production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective efficiency standard and the production schedule is achieved.
  • Monitoring of machine uptime and downtime to be carried out in an effective and efficient manner and ensure that concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Mitigating downtime whilst working safely at all times and ensuring product quality.
  • Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping, including use of 5S activities
  • A flexible approach to working patterns and duties is understood and maintained.
  • Work as part of a high-performance team, promoting a close working relationship with other departments, for example Engineering, Manufacturing etc.
  • Comply with requirements of ISO90001, ISO18001 and ISO14001

Any other duties as designated from time to time within the remit of the post

Working week

  • 38 hours contracted, can fluctuate dependent on the needs of the business, Includes weekends and nights. Weekends and nights attract a premium rate. The individual must be flexible to accommodate the annualise pattern.
