Our client is an established Training Provider organisation who deliver funded Apprenticeships in niche sectors, to businesses throughout the UK. They run various ESF and ESFA funded contracts.
Due to recent expansion they have a new vacancy for a Data and Compliance Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of all learner data submitted to delivery partners, funding and awarding bodies. Adhering to quality & compliance orientated administrative processes, to ensure data integrity meets the standards of our delivery partners, funding and awarding bodies.
The Data and Compliance Administrator will work closely with the Quality Manager in monitoring and maintaining consistent levels of performance, quality and compliance.


  • Support the Quality Manager, by ensuring all administration processes and procedures are carried out in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
  • Data entry on to Learner Management Systems (LMS) across various areas of provision.
  • Provide a timely response to all enquires received from potential learners and employers wishing to engage services.
  • Collate and prepare data awarding body EQA and funding body audit requirements.
  • Monitor the integrity of data input, accuracy & compliance.
  • Data cleansing, collect missing information and input to the LMS



  • GCSE English & Maths grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • ICT Qualification ( desirable)
  • Up to date Compliance and ESFA Funding training, including GDPR training (desirable)


  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, SharePoint) to manipulate data create and edit documentation.
  • Prior experience & knowledge of the Individual Learner Record (ILR) and  data collection requirements for further education.
  • Experience of PDSATS (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in a compliance driven environment.
  • Analysing and interpreting complex data quickly and efficiently.
  • Resolving data related issues
  • Experience of the administrational requirements of Government funded provision (AEB, Apprenticeships etc.
  • Experience in compliance / funding role.
  • Apprenticeship funding knowledge is essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar Data Admin role within the Further Education sector (minimum 2 years).

  • Plan, prioritise and implement workloads to often tight & conflicting  time scales.    
  • Professional telephone manner and meeting/dealing with visitors and  learners in an appropriate manner 
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills and an ability to work  methodically with a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and willingness to work flexibly
