DIVAD Training Limited (DTL) established in 2015 and headquartered in London has a successful track record of delivering work based learning, apprenticeships and employment programmes. 

We provide a full range of training, continuous professional development, learner recruitment, and consultancy services to blue chip companies, public sector bodies and HM Government. DTL portfolio includes extensive management and delivery experience of government SFA and ESF funded apprenticeships and QCF/NVQ's. 

We work in partnership with colleges, universities and training providers across England to identify and deliver employer focussed training opportunities. DTL is ROTO and ROATP registered and attained MATRIX Quality standard accreditation last May 2016 and was awarded Ofsted Grade 2 for our provision via our subcontractor.

We are ER apprenticeship and Advanced Loans prime contractor with Her Majesty’s Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and subcontractor for Westminster Adult Education Services, Ealing & Hammersmith College, and Lambeth College, City & Islington College, Brooklands College, Sussex Downs College and Manley Summers. 

The company has a hierarchical structure with one shareholders, training manager, finance manager, human resources consultant and audit & MIS Manager. 

The senior management team meets weekly to discuss operational,quality, financial and governance issues. DTL has a good track record in delivering work-based learning, apprenticeship and short courses by offering tailor-made training. We have built and maintained excellent relationships with a wide range of employers, which has contributed immensely to our success. 

Our established performance management approach is implemented across all projects to ensure that performance targets, quality assurance and continuous improvement processes are embedded and follow PRINCE2 model. We monitor, review and report performance against all KPIs via PICs database software capturing quantative/qualitative information to generate reports on all aspects of our delivery identifying any downward/upward trends in drop out and completion rates. We identify retention issues through inactivity and address with extra support/contact to mitigate.

QUALIFICATIONS: All staff are experienced in delivering funded programmes, have up-to-date qualifications including the A1 Assessors Award, IV (IQA) qualifications and our teaching staff are PTLLS/DTTLS qualified.

MIS/IT - Our ILR driven system (PICS) tracks learners capturing key Management Information that allows analysis of learner activity/performance, financial/contract compliance achieving 97curate reporting.
