More About Track Training Ltd

Track Training Ltd was acquired by Malcolm Sanders, Dean Sanders and Neil Skinner in 2007, and by 2012 became one of the fastest growing businesses in Wales within the Education sector, as recognised by “Fast Growth 50 Wales 2012 and 2013”. Track Training Ltd firmly established itself as a market leader in both funded and commercial training solutions, offering staff development solutions to a wide range of businesses in diverse sectors in both the private and public sectors. “Our aim is to make a sustainable impact on business performance through the transfer of knowledge and skills” (Malcolm Sanders MBE).

Our objective is to ensure that our training and development services will have a positive impact on the performance of our client’s businesses. Boosting productivity and profitability and enabling each client to independently realise the full potential of themselves, their staff and technology.

TrackTraining has an ambitious vision with high expectations of what learners canachieve. Our strategy for 2017/2018 and continuing into 2019 is to focus onsupporting our Levy paying employer stakeholders; increasing our Adult LearnerProvision to support individual learners and promote progression opportunities;and to develop key Standards Apprenticeships to meet the future needs of ouremployer base. We have made changes to our organisational structure to achievethis strategy and these changes are already showing improvements to thebusiness.

Wecontinue to be listed on the Register of Training Organisations (ROTO) and theRegister of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). Our strategy for 2017/18was to continue to work as a Sub-Contractor to Lead Providers but to reduce thenumber of Lead Providers we work with to better support our strategy.

Our tiered approach toorganisational structure includes a Board of Directors (BoD) who are fullyinformed of all strategic activities and opportunities within the business: A QualitySub-Group that informs the BoD and includes members of our Senior ManagementTeam (SMT) who have the remit to manage Quality & Compliance, ManagementInformation Systems (MIS), Operations & Delivery, Finance, Sales &Marketing and Commercial & Stakeholder liaison. Delivery is directlysupported by experienced subject specialists in Team Leader and InternalQuality Assurance (IQA) capacities.
