Training Provider Information:
ECQN Ltd has developed a handing Training Provider Handbook outlining your roles and responsibility. you can download this on the right hand side of this page. Please Note that due to ESFA Funding rules you must be the prime provider working with us.
You will be provided with your own contracts manager, there role is to help you with planning the end point assessment process. as well as providing your with outstanding customer service.
We can provide you with a review of your teaching and learning tools to ensure they meet the end point assessment process.
Once you have made contact with us, we will carry out a needs assessment. You will need to fill in the Employer SLA and upload this via our Employer Portal.
Once your Training Provider Portal is confirmed you can, Book appointments, pay invoices, and much more. You will also need to set up your Ace 360 Account.
