Thanks to Debby for her support and encouragement that enabled me to pass both Maths and English. She tailored learning sessions to suit my style of learning. I was given the choice to attend group or 1-2-1 learning sessions so I could work towards feeling ready to take the external exams. Her calm supportive manner gave me confidence to ask questions and her explanation helped increase my knowledge and understanding on the subjects. Thanks to Gifty also for her support and encouragement to motivate me to complete the exams as well as linking learning material to real life business examples. Thank you both

I'm currently doing a level 3 in Facilities Management and have found the course to be great. As part of the course I have had to redo my Maths and English. I really struggled with the maths, and have questioned if I have Dyscalculia. The support from Debby and Gifty has been second to non. I have had so many math session, either as a group or as one to one, and eventually I gained the pass mark that I required. Thank you to all of the team that have gone above and beyond to help me, really appreciated.

I have just competed my Level 5 coaching apprenticeship and had the pleasure of being support by Gill! Gill was so approachable, supportive, and kind throughout and was on the end of the phone or email whenever I needed her! She helped me stay focused and I was thrilled when I passed my end point assessment!

The course itself was good and my training advisor Sophie Blick was excellent. She was helpful and responsive, her relaxed manner helped to put me at ease and her gentle encouragement and motivation was ideal to ensure my success. Onefile however is needlessly complicated and busy, making it difficult to navigate.

I had an excellent experience when training with SMART TRAINING. My tutor Jenna Stevens was excellent at teaching the modules and preparing me for the exams, open and responsive to questions and queries and really flexible and supportive when personal life held up my progress on the course for a short while. I have just completed my Level 2 Business Admin. I had the pleasre of my smart TRainer being Cindy. Cindy helped me through all aspects of my coursework. She was professional but also spoke to me in a friendly manner. Cinday was happy to help with answeing my quesions and genrally being really supportive. I found some parts of the NVQ quite challenging but I knew I had the support of my training manager if I was not sure of anything. I felt the course was good but not relevant for the job I do as i don't work in an establishment that needs to retain customers

I just completed my Apprenticeship with smart training and recruitment. I had the absolutely pleasure of meeting Sarah Johnson! She helped me through everything! She was amazing with adapting learning because of my learning difficulties. She was with me throughout! I really couldn't of done it without her!
