You will be responsible for managing a team of around 10-15 Apprenticeship Trainers who work with work-based learners, delivering all aspects of the apprenticeship framework & standards. Your role to lead and support the trainers in the planning, development, delivery and monitoring of apprenticeship and full cost programmes; the day to day operation of those programmes with the relevant Head of Department, if applicable, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered efficiently and effectively.  Programme delivery will predominantly be Health and Social Care or Childcare based.

To be responsible for, and work with appropriate staff to ensure Learning Curve Group meets its apprenticeship recruitment targets through targeted marketing, communications and publicity. As a leader of the business, you will be expected to develop a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that learners achievement rates and experiences are of the highest possible standard. You will manage performance through KPI achievements and look to support and develop your team to be the best performing they can.
