Our Apprenticeship Programme delivery team are Continuous Improvement Specialists. They work in industry, enabling our client’s employees to identify and implement regular projects throughout their business that deliver anything upwards of 30% efficiency improvements. Between 10 and 16 of your employees from different sites across your business can join and will benefit from sharing the tools and techniques that we know deliver results.

The Level 3 Improvement Technician and Level 4 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeships are development programmes for employees who want to broaden their continuous improvement knowledge and skills. Focus is on key Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours required for the delivery of improvement activities at work. Suitable for employees who have some responsibility within an operational team

The programmes are delivered using a mix of full group face to face workshops, smaller improvement project team workshops along with ongoing blended learning methods. We support, train and mentor a group of your existing employees, inspiring them to deliver tangible and measurable improvements during the programme.

Our programmes integrate into any existing Lean Six Sigma Strategy and Continuous Improvement philosophy and our continuous improvement “experts” become an integral part of your workforce.
