We are totally unique in the world of training providers, because we are immersed within one of the world’s biggest media businesses, Bauer Media.  Some of our famous brands include Grazia, heat, Empire, Absolute Radio and KISS – but we also have a network of stations like Radio City and Radio Clyde across the UK and a raft of specialist print titles, TV stations and events.

Our ethos is ‘don’t just learn, do’ and all of our training is delivered by our brilliant tutors, who are media, creative and digital industry experts. 

We are a Government approved Apprenticeship Training Provider and offer bespoke Apprenticeship Standard programmes that aren't just for new starters, but can be used to up-skill existing staff.  Our Apprenticeship Standard programmes are designed to fit our clients' business, people and culture.   

We know that engagement is key to success with any training programme, so we make ours interactive, up to the minute, and actually, fun! We have a dedicated Apprenticeship team who can take care of the tricky stuff involved in Apprenticeships and can help guide you and your delegates through their learning journeys. As you’d expect, we offer a range of creative and media-based Apprenticeship programmes (find out which ones), but we also deliver training for leadership, business administration, sales and public relations. 

We deliver corporate training for a range of private and public sector clients, ranging from team building days and digital strategy sessions, right through to educating specific audiences on important social campaigns.  We create everything from scratch and  we will design a programme that creates the change you want in your organisation.  It is an intensive approach, but it works. 

We are truly committed to removing barriers to education, so we provide funded courses across the country that allow people to develop new skills. Importantly our courses act as a stepping stone in to our talent development programme. We find  the freshest talent across the UK and develop it within the Bauer Media Group, creating jobs and life changing opportunities.  We have a track record for collaborating with a wide range of organisations, including The Prince's Trust, the Big Lottery and many more. Some projects last a few days, but others take years to complete. We work with organisations that are passionate about creating change and delivering excellent results. 

We have bases right across the UK; with centres including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Peterborough, Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
