Venue - MS Teams
In this interactive online masterclass, Dr Dan Grant will be exploring what good practice means for your organisation and learners.
He will delve into the systems and practices you should have in place, what roles and responsibilities should be upheld by whom and his top tips to ensuring cohesive teamwork within the safeguarding team.
With opportunity for questions and discussion, he hopes to bring confidence to those in safeguarding roles and provide clarity on any relevant updates within the sector.
Dr Dan Grant is a registered independent social worker and Ofsted lead inspector for FE and Skills, including judicial settings.
He is also one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors for the Probation Service. Dan has a PhD in social work (safeguarding) and in September 2018 was appointed as safeguarding and social work expert by Ofqual.
Dan is also the cofounder of Leaders in Safeguarding where he conducts audits of safeguarding arrangements and issues a safeguarding quality mark to recognise organisations with high standards in safeguarding.
