I’m extremely impressed with the way smart is run and the way my assessor is always there for me whenever I need her! Wouldn’t be able to complete this course without her and the training website it’s self! Second NVQ I’ve done and this is by far the best and most structured x

I have been doing my level 3 apprenticeship with smart for about 9 month now and they are really good with supporting me through the apprenticeship and are always happy to offer as much help as they can with my assignments.

Nichola is a brilliant nvq assessor, she explains everything so clearly and if you still dont understand she is very patient and very supportive. I’m so glad I am working with her doing my level three.

I have just started my apprenticeship in Level 3 Business Administration and have had an excellent experience so far. Everyone I have interacted with from Smart Training has been very knowledgeable, clear in their explanation of the course content and how it will be delivered, as well very supportive, having encouraged me to come to them with any questions I might have.

The whole process using smart training has been fantastic from the start. From the initial contact with Sian and getting learners enrolled to also getting myself onto my level 4 assessor/coach apprenticeship. My assessor Clare has been amazing ensuring I have all the materials knowledge on my own learning journey.

I have recently started this course, I have Clare Haithwaite as my mentor and I couldn't ask for a better person. Every task that is set has clear instructions and if any help is needed I know I can either Email or message her. The Organisation is well organised and easy to communicate with.

As with the rest of the world when lockdown hit i have been aforded more time to shift my perspective. Firstly i undertook a CAVA assessor qualification with SMART they have been excellent throughout the process offering support and guidance. My tutor Clare has been there the whole way so much so that now I'm undertaking a level 4 coaching qualification.

I cannot rate Smart Training high enough. The assignments set were pertinent, challenging yet manageable My HSC TA Victoria - was fantastic, always there to offer guidance and support, her feedback was prompt and constructive and she kept me motivated and on target to the point of completion ahead of schedule. I hope to complete another qualification with them soon.
